There are times when you wish to explore more channels on your Sling TV. With time you want to consume more content. In this article, we will show you how to change your subscription plan easily using your mobile phone.
Before we get started, you will need the Sling TV app. You can install the app by going to your app store or play store and search for it.
Now that you have the app ready, let’s begin!
Step 1: Log in to your Sling TV account by entering your correct credentials. You can save your credentials on the Google Chrome browser in case you forget.
Step 2: Now you are on the home page which shows you your current subscription plans.
Step 3: Select the option “Change Subscription”. You will land on the “edit your subscription page” where you can alter the plans.
Step 4: From here, you can change your base service by clicking the “Select” option next to others’ Subscription names. Changing the base plan is completely optional, and you can skip this part.
Step 5: Now that you have selected your base service, you can now choose your extra add-ons. You can do so by clicking on the drop-down menu like “Sling blue extras or “sling orange + blue extras” etc.. The displayed option will depend on the plan you have chosen.
Step 6: Tap the drop-down to view the entire list of extra packs available.
Step 7: To select the pack, simply tap on the “Add” option.
Step 8: After you’ve made changes to your packs, scroll down and select “Review”. This will show you an overview of your current base service along with your extras. At the bottom, you will find your updated monthly billing price.
Step 9: To save the changes, select “Submit Order”. Your plans have been updated.
